Why does my Checkout Page not have a discount box?

Shopify Apps aren't allowed to access the checkout page unless the shop owner has a Shopify Plus Plan.
Currently, Super Quantity Discounts & Up Sell supports only Product Page, Cart Page & Thankyou Page placements.
